The release dates are subject to change based on information we receive from each manufacturer. We update our website daily to reflect the most up-to-date information available.
Any cancellation of a pre-order item paid with a credit card will be subject to a 3% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. This 3% fee is based off the fees charged by our credit card processing service.
Shipping!
There is no shipping on Satuday, Sunday and Holiday. We do not guarantee delivery within this estimated time.
Any order placed after 3:00 pm EST may not be printed out & processed until the NEXT business day. (So if you place an order on Friday at 3:00pm EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning or Tueday morning). Weekends or holidays are not counted as business days.
It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order (Saturday, Sunday order may take up to 3 to 4 days to process).
Most of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to credit card authorization, security issues and high volume.
If there is a pre-order or backorder item's in your order, it will take an additional 2 business days to process your order. To avoid delays please place seperate orders for items that are in stock and items that are listed as preorder or backorder.
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.

Buyer must send item back and must pay shipping when returning items for any reason, even Damage or incorrect shipment from us.
