Condition of Sale: All sales are final and all products sold by CSANIME (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer

  • All auto/car products will be shipped from OVERSEA
  • All products are original for Asia market so modifications might be required to put on the U.S. model unless otherwise stated
  • Since all parts are final. No returns, refunds & exchanges are available in any circumstance
  • NO WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED unless otherwise stated
  • Professional installation is highly recommended
  • We are not responsible for damages during installation & transportation
  • Buyer assumes all risk on shipment & usage
  • Most order will take around 7-14 business days for delivery! Some might take longer due to the inspecion at US custom
  • Special order items might take longer for delivery due to limited quantities
  • We do not responsible for lost or damage package after the product shipped out
  • Please inspect your order / package upon receipt
  • Any damages as a result of USPS shipping must be claimed thru USPS by the recipient
  • Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with carrier
  • All shipping & handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances
  • All returned products are subject to 35% restocking fee
  • Buyer must pay for return shipping & handling fees to Asia on any or all returns
  • If CSANIME does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs
